The Manila Times: Dance for healing and advocacy

The Sunday Times Magazine ran a profile of Novy Bereber in its Arts Awake section, written by Irene de Jesus Obligacion, on the choreographer’s work and his advocacy through dance.

The piece opens by placing him across three stages at once — the Philippines, Australia and further afield — before tracing the career back to where it started: Iloilo first, then Manila, and work with Ballet Philippines, Ballet Manila, Philippine Ballet Theatre and Airdance.
